Can I find God

Find God?

The more we hold on to the world, the more it  slips away, it's too temporary, everything ends. Hold onto eternal Truth and live.

John 14:6.

Can I Find God?

For the person of God, faith, in other words, absolute trust, is of utmost importance. Trust is the cornerstone of a love relationship.   If we seek Him as a person, who is love, we will find Him.

'And without faith (absolute trust) it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.' Hebrews 11:6

Consider:

1.   God loves each one of us more than what we can ever imagine Ephesians 3:18 ‘ … to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge’

2.   God will force no one to come to Him, it is our choice. Love by definition is free.

3.   Almost without exception, we have to move first

4.   When we seek Him with all our heart, we will find Him – that is His promise. A Message throughout the Bible – New and Old Testament.

5.   If we reject Him He will reject us – that is also His promise

6.   The time that He can be found will come to an end. And we will be forever separated from Him.

7.   We will find Him when we come to Him with a surrendered heart in prayer.

'For God loved the world so much that He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent His Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through Him. There is no judgment against anyone who believes in Him. But anyone who does not believe in Him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son'

There is nothing more satisfying in life than to know Him. Nothing more fulfilling than to experience His love and presence within the depths of our being. This overshadows everything else in life, everything one can ever imagine, as one grows closer to Him.
